When the hallway ceiling started sagging after a small leak, I called this home improvement contractor because I needed the drywall and trim handled together. The crew had the old section opened up, patched, and ready for paint in two days, and I noticed they used a moisture meter before closing the ceiling back up. The finished area blends in better than I expected, especially around the crown molding where I was sure it would look patched. It was a relief to walk past that spot the next morning and not see the damage anymore.
